Cancellation Policy
Before you book: is PMU right for you?
For your safety, brow tattooing isn't recommended if you:
• Are under 18 (over 70: please email photos and any medications or health conditions first)
• Are pregnant or nursing
• Have a blood-borne condition such as hepatitis or HIV
• Have pigment or makeup allergies, or eczema, psoriasis, keloids, or rashes in the brow area
• Have a history of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, fainting spells, or seizures
• Have had Botox within 4 weeks before or after your brow tattoo appointment
Diabetic clients: please bring a doctor's note confirming your condition is controlled.
Saline removal clients: no Botox, fillers, or facial treatments in the area for at least 2 weeks before your appointment.
Cancellations: Your deposit holds your spot and is non-refundable if you cancel.
Rescheduling: Free up to 48 hours before, and current pricing applies to any rescheduled appointment. Changes within 48 hours need a new deposit.
No-shows and late arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show, and the deposit is forfeited. Please allow time for traffic and parking.
Previous brow work: Email photos to prettyininkbysasha@gmail.com before booking. Not every old tattoo can be fixed. Bookings made without photo approval will be cancelled and the deposit kept. If you send photos after booking and I can't correct or cover your previous work, the deposit is forfeited.
