Cancellation Policy
HEALTH CLEARANCE
IF ANY OF THE DISQUALIFICATIONS BELOW APPLY TO YOU, YOU ARE NOT A CANDIDATE FOR PMU SERVICES
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Age requirements: 18-70 years old
(71+ Please send photos of brows. List any medication or health conditions)
-Must not have any transmittable blood related conditions/diseases such as Hepatitis or HIV/AIDS
-Must not be pregnant or nursing
-Must not have any skin allergies to pigments or makeup
- Must not have skin concerns such as eczema, psoriasis, or keloids in the area
-Must not have experience with post-inflammatory hyper-pigmentation
-Must not have undiagnosed rashes or blisters in brow area
-Must not be someone who has experienced a faint spell or seizure
-If you are diabetic, please have a doctors note with medication + controlled diet
-Must not have received Botox 4 weeks prior and post scheduled service
CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel, please inform your artist. Should you decide to cancel, this will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit.
RESCHEDULING: is always an option, however the new current price will apply. Rescheduling is accepted up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any rescheduling within 48 hours will result in another deposit.
NO SHOW: will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No exceptions, no excuses. You will have to put another deposit if you wish to still get yours brows done.
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME: Due to a tightly packed schedule, I ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive at your appointment more than 15 minutes late you will be considered a “no show” and result in forfeiture of your deposit. Please allow extra time for traffic and finding location.
ANY PREVIOUS WORK FOR BROWS:
If you have any previous work done by another artist, please email photos before booking to ensure that we are able to cover up or correct your old tattoo. In most cases, not all old tattoos are fixable.

IF YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT SENDING PHOTOS FOR APPROVAL, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF YOU SEND PHOTOS AFTER BOOKING AND I CANNOT CORRECT/COVER UP, YOUR DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED.
